Salon Fleur De Lis is an Aveda Lifestyle Salon and Spa. We are dedicated to enhancing our customers’ lifestyles by understanding their needs and delivering outstanding services. We also have strong ties to the local community, and love to engage in as many ways as we can.

Personal and professional development is essential to the team. Are you a new cosmetology school graduate or a seasoned stylist looking for a new home? SFDL believes in enrichment at every level of our career and provides industry current education.

We are looking for new graduates who can fully commit to a three-month training program, during which you will learn fundamental hair design, and how to integrate the Aveda Rituals into each service. Or we welcome established stylists who love to learn as much as we do!

We are commission-based and offer great benefits! We have a proven system that builds business by tracking benchmarks which results in rapid financial growth. Health insurance, 401(k) with up to a 5% match, and paid vacation are available to full-time employees. Continuing education is available to all employees. All hair services are complimentary to all staff. Spa services and products are available at a discount.
